North End Residence

 

This home, aptly named 'Sea Spirit' by the owners, was a pleasure to work on.  Nestled among the trees on arguably one of the nicest properties in Jamestown, we enjoyed nearly everyday we had on site over the 10 month building phase.  This project features a 5 bedroom home including three finished floors, two kitchens, a semi-attached 2-car garage, and oversized tractor shed.

The unique challenge of the front entry arch was probably the most enjoyable part of the exterior build - both because of the challenge and the eye catching end product.  On the inside a combination of our on site millwork paired with the work of Yoffa Woodworking, a custom cabinet maker based in Newport, RI, helped to bring this project together.  The kitchen cabinets were stained a custom gray and the master vanity was made of cherry with a satin finish.  Check out some more photos below.
